Royal Decree-Law 17/2020, of 29 October, approved by the Canary Islands Government, establishes that, from the 14th November 2020 onwards, it will be compulsory that.
1. All visitors over the age of 6, regardless of their nationality, who do not come from the Canary Islands, must present a negative COVID-19 test, carried out within a maximum of 72 hours prior to arrival at the tourist accommodation.
2. People who reside in the Canary Islands and non-residents who have been in the Islands for more than 15 days, must not present this test if they declare, under their own responsibility, that they have not left the territory of the Canary Islands in the last 15 days prior to arrival at the accommodation and that during this time they have not had symptoms compatible with the COVID-19.
3.- Exceptionally, those who do not provide proof of having performed the test on arrival at the tourist accommodation may stay there for the time strictly necessary to perform the test, and must remain in their room until the result is obtained and communicated to the tourist accommodation.
4. Those who do not prove the test on arrival and do not wish to perform it may be reported to the health and/or police authorities, both regional and national.
5.- In the case the guests need to prove a negative COVID-19 test or the implementation of a quarantine at their places of origin, the tourist accommodation will inform them 48 hours before their departure of the places where they can perform the test and obtain the result.
6.- Guests must download the COVID-19 Radar application onto their mobile devices, which they must keep active throughout their stay in the Canary Islands and for at least 15 days after returning to their places of origin.

The reception area is totally disinfected and the staff comply with all the safety measures.
At check-in, as part of the health & safety requirements, we ask you to provide us with your telephone number and email. This is necessary should we need to contact you at any point.
Face masks are mandatory in the reception area.
Specific cleaning and disinfectant products will be used during your stay and also after you vacate.
The cleaning of your apartment will be carried out only when you leave the villa.
Communal areas and all areas visited by, guests, staff and suppliers, will be cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day.
Disinfectant gel is placed in all frequented areas for guests.
Lifts, handles and hand rails will be disinfected regularly. 1 person only is allowed per lift, or together, members of the same family.
Communal bathrooms will be disinfected and cleaned regularly.
With a view to respecting social distancing, capacity in the pool area is reduced.
The pool will be open from 10am to 6pm with the possibility of longer hours for sunbathing.
Sunloungers and Sun chairs will be spaced out in accordance with health regulations.
Pool staff will use disinfectant gel regularly and provide for guests to ensure safety for both parties.
Chlorine levels will be checked frequently to ensure pools are in perfect condition for our guests.
Food & Beverage:
Disinfectant gel will be provided always at the entrance to the Restaurant or dining area.
Cleaning of all dining areas, doors and contact points touched by guests and staff, will be very frequent.
New organized seating will be in place to ensure social distancing.
ll tables and chairs will be disinfected after use.
Buffet will be attended by staff and protection screens infront of food in place.
To ensure social distancing, a reserved time for dining areas will be confirmed at check-in.
Face masks are mandatory when entering dining areas.
It will only be used upon reservation at reception and will have a capacity of 2 people or the same family unit.
As of next November 14, customers who arrive at the hotel without the certificate of negative test in COVID19, must compulsorily complete and sign the following document:
